What actually gets done

Everything below lists the named deliverables you get, not a promise to optimise something. Start with the audit if you are not sure which you need.

Every month, the same page.

Whichever of these you buy, the reporting does not change. Three numbers, the work done, and what is next. You can see a real result, or read what moves the number further down.

See a real result

Ranking position

For the terms with commercial intent. Named, tracked weekly, shown as a line you can read.

Organic traffic

To the pages that take enquiries, separated from blog and brand traffic.

Leads

Forms and calls tied to the page that produced them, so you can price the work.

What moves the number

Four things decide what a month costs, and all four appear in the proposal with the hours against each, so nothing is bundled in that your site does not need.

How competitive the terms are

Ranking for emergency plumber in one town is not the same job as ranking nationally.

How much is broken

A clean build needs content and links. A broken one needs a month of technical work first.

How many pages you need

Six service pages is a different volume of writing to sixty location pages.

Whether links are needed

Link building carries a real cost per placement. If you do not need it, you are not sold it.

Questions worth asking

Ask these of anyone you are considering, not just me. The answers tell you more than a case study does.

Ask something else
How much does SEO cost?

Scoped per site rather than sold as a package, with the number shaped by how competitive your terms are, how much is broken and how many pages you need. Send the URL and you get a scope with a number on it.

How long before I see anything?

Technical fixes can show inside weeks, while competitive commercial terms usually take three to six months, and you will see the position move before the leads do.

Am I locked in?

Retainers run monthly with a three month minimum, since a shorter window cannot show whether the work landed, and after that it is rolling with a month's notice either way.

Who actually does the work?

I do, with no account manager between you and the person in the code, and if a job needs a specialist I will tell you before bringing one in.

What is not included?

Paid ads, social and email sit outside this, while ad spend, tool licences and paid placements are billed at cost and shown separately rather than marked up quietly.

Not sure which of these you need?

That is what the audit is for. Send the site, get the three things holding it back.
